Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. You may request early check-in or late check-out during booking, subject to availability. Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee.

Redang Island is located off the state of Terengganu in the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. From the mainland, you can travel to Redang Island Resort via public ferry services (1 hour 30 minutes). Public ferry services are available from Shahbandar Jetty to Village Jetty in Redang Island.

You may also opt to fly direct from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (Subang Airport) to Redang Airport via Berjaya Air's Jojo Flight. The journey from Subang Airport to Redang Airport is just over an hour.

Our coffee house, Santapan serves hearty buffet breakfast every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. There will be an additional charge if breakfast is not included in the room rate. You may save on breakfast by booking a room or package with breakfast.

Redang Island Resort has 2 on-site food and beverage outlets, namely the Santapan Cafe and Santai Bar & Lounge. In-room dining is also available. Meals served include breakfast, lunch and dinner. For more information, please visit Dining.

Redang Island Resort does not permit smoking in any of its rooms. Smoking is only allowed at designated areas.

All children are welcome. Children below 4 years are allowed to stay for free if sharing existing bedding. If you require an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge. Baby cot is available upon request (subject to availability).

Pets are not allowed at Redang Island Resort.
